What makes you a Culturati?
I have a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a genuine curiosity about the traditions, customs, and values that shape different communities. I believe that understanding and respecting cultures beyond our own is essential to building empathy and connection. My passion for culture drives me to continuously learn, grow, and engage with the world in a more inclusive and thoughtful way.
How did you discover your Culturati nature?
My Culturati journey began with a desire to embrace and celebrate my Hispanic heritage. In college, I joined a Latina-based sorority that fostered academic excellence, community service, and self-empowerment. While not all members shared the same background, we were united by a shared commitment to cultural appreciation and collective growth. That experience opened my eyes to the power of multicultural unity and inspired me to seek out spaces—like Culturati—where I could continue exploring diverse perspectives and insights.
What type of Culturati are you?
I would describe myself as a Zen-Culturati—someone who brings calm, balance, and resilience even in challenging situations. I approach cultural exploration with mindfulness and an open heart, always seeking harmony and understanding.
What makes you a strong Culturati manager?
I’m a dependable and focused individual who thrives in dynamic environments. My eagerness to learn and my commitment to being well-rounded allow me to adapt to different situations with empathy and clarity. I lead with integrity, listen actively, and foster trust—qualities that help me support and empower others while staying aligned with Culturati’s mission.
